1. Introduction At New History, we're committed to delivering our premium health and fitness products to you promptly and efficiently. This shipping policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping processes and practices.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all 50 states in the U.S.
  • International shipping is available to select countries. Please check our list of serviced countries at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is FREE for all orders over $59.99 within the U.S.
  • For orders below $59.99, from 0lbs - 5lbs costs $4.99, 5lbs - 70lbs costs $9.99 for standard shipping.
  • Options for expedited shipping and 2-day shipping is also available on select items.
  • International shipping rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed on the day it was ordered up to 2pm EST Monday - Thursday. Any order placed after 2pm EST will be fulfilled on the following day.  Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm EST will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
  • During peak times or sales, processing can take up to 1-2 business days.
  • Made to order apparel items can take up to 5 business days to fulfill because it is made as soon as you order it similar to a food order at a restaurant. 

5. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10-28 business days, depending on the destination.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

7. Shipping Carriers We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our deliveries. The choice of carrier is based on the shipping destination and the size of the order.

8. Delays and Issues While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there can be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or carrier-related issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

9. International Orders For international orders, please be aware that customs and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, or if it's lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately at [support@newhistorysupps.com]. We'll work diligently to resolve the issue.

11. Changes and Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for orders that have already been processed or shipped.
