As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with the shipping details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep. Please note that while we strive for efficiency, external factors such as customs or postal service delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Our Fulfillment Center is operational from Monday to Friday, 8am to 2pm EST, excluding US Federal holidays. We adhere to a 2 pm EST cutoff for orders with fewer than 20 units, ensuring they're processed within 24-48 hours. In extraordinary cases, this timeframe may vary, and we reserve the right to adjust it as necessary. Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Saturday via USPS, UPS, Global Post, and DHL Worldwide, depending on the best option for your location.
