How to use it

I was able to get my hands on a tub & samples. Both hit solid. Flavor alone is 10 /10 & mixes flawlessly. Formula & ingredients are right up there at the top with leading brands. They did not cut corners with this formula. The sample packs come with a closable seal incase you don’t want to use it all and that’s pretty cool. I had a solid energy flow, and pretty solid focus that lasted a good while. With their “community first” approach & making a solid Pre-workout product right out the gate, I expect GREAT things to come from New History.

I stopped taking pre workouts a long time ago because 1. I couldn’t find one that wouldn’t give me that annoying itchy, tingly feeling and 2. I couldn’t find a flavor I actually enjoyed. New History Supps solves both of those problems for me. A natural feeling boost and focus AND the dragon berry flavor is fire!! I’m also a big supporter of their overall mission. If you don’t give this pre workout a try you’re truly missing out!
